Bicester Care & PA have over 30 Years’ experience in the Care industry. They specialise in maintaining a safe environment for their clients along with providing excellent care.

We spoke to Susan Potter who is the office coordinator (the backbone of the company). She told us that Bicester Care & PA have come a long way since starting the company under the stairs in partner Lisa Bunting home.

Her and Helen Nash (joint Partner) were working together for a care company in 2014 when they came up with the idea of starting up on their own. They started with one computer, one filing cabinet and one telephone. The business has completely out done itself with them now needing one of the bigger offices in Bicester Innovation Centre, having a huge team of brilliant staff and an outstanding number of clients who are extremely happy with the care they receive.

Susan told us how their office is a very busy place with carers coming and going all day.  All staff are very satisfied with the service they receive from Bicester Innovation Centre, they are always greeted with a smile and that if there have ever been any problems, they are sorted out professionally and promptly. One of the things they like about Bicester Innovation Centre is the community feel and getting involved with all the events we hold.

Bicester Care & PA are currently working hard on their new website and getting it in tune with the current search engines to be more accessible to clients. They would like to keep growing the business at the fantastic rate it has done and are completely focused on keeping up the level of care they provide and keep all clients and staff happy.
